I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Via Gotica. My room had a stunning view of the majestic cathedral, which was breathtaking, especially in the early morning light. The staff were very friendly, always assisting promptly with any questions I had.

The noise from the pedestrian crossing below my window was quite bothersome, especially at night. Additionally, housekeeping felt inconsistent. I had to request more toilet paper during my stay. The absence of a fridge in my room was missed, especially in the summertime. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for its location and views but could improve on room amenities and noise insulation.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the view from our room while relaxing after long days exploring Burgos. With five adult kids, we loved being just a short stroll from the magnificent cathedral and fantastic Evolution Museum. The café downstairs was a delightful surprise for quick snacks.

My kids wished there were more activities for families available.

the street noise was kinda annoying at times, but the view from my room was awesome! ! staff were super friendly and helpful. The shower was great too. loved the location, super close to everything.
